The FSC® Furniture Awards is a competition created by the Forest Stewardship Council® to recognize the commitment of FSC-certified companies in the indoor and outdoor European furniture sectors*.

* The awards are open to FSC-certificate holders and promotional licence holders in the furniture sector that have their headquarters in one of the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Yes, it is. There is no fee to participate.

The official language is English: the official guidelines, the application form, any exchange of communication with the organizer of the contest and the related events are in English.

The official organizer of the FSC Furniture Awards 2022 is FSC Italy GFR Servizi S.r.l. (VAT 04894270281), a private organization located in Via Ugo Foscolo, 12 – 35131 Padova (PD), Italy.

The deadline to send the application is September 8th 2022 (12:00 AM CET). Applications must be sent using the form on the official website. Requests for additional information or additions could be requested by the organizer even after this date.

Applications must be sent filling the form on the official website with all the information and materials requested. Incomplete applications or with incorrect information will not be taken into consideration.

Yes, you can participate if you produce components of furniture as long as your products belong to FSC Product Categories W12 (indoor furniture) and W13 (outdoor furniture).

No, only retailers that hold a FSC promotional licence or a valid chain of custody certificate can participate.

No, only retailers that sell FSC-certified and labelled products can participate. Please contact your National Office to learn more about the FSC promotional licence.
